Prior to purchasing First Coast Sotheby's International Realty in 2009, Jeffrey was founder & CEO of several building, design, and development companies that specialized in luxury single family residences throughout Northeast Florida. Mr. Chefan has successfully created and sold over 50 multi-million dollar properties in Aspen, Colorado; Boca Raton, Ponte Vedra Beach, St. Augustine and Jacksonville, Florida. He obtained a florida Certified Building Contractors License in 1987 and a Florida Real Estate License in 1988. Mr. Chefan is currently the managing broker of all four First Coast SIR offices located in N. E. Florida. Jeffrey & Jane Chefan have been married for over 28 years and are blessed to be the parents of two daughters. They have a passion and love for family, friends, and real estate that flows over into the relationships built with their clients.
