St Augustine and Florida are great places to live and work, which is why Lucia Fernandez chose to call it home. With roots in Miami and Houston, Lucia settled in St Johns County in 2009. Real estate is a passion for Lucia and with a background in marketing, and as a complex litigation paralegal, she brings a unique set of skills when serving her clients and guiding them with buying and selling.

Lucia has been a Realtor® since 2015, earned the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation in 2018. This is a designation earned by only the top 2% (of 1.6 million Realtors®) in the Nation, considered the Ph.D. of Real Estate. Lucia’s experience, education and specialized skills in negotiating, pricing, and marketing allow her to provide a high level of expertise and guidance to her clients. Lucia enjoys working with all types of clients, from the first-time home buyer to the downsizing baby boomer, and targets her services to each and every client’s individual needs. Lucia feels incredibly blessed to work with amazing clients who become her friends and a strong part of her network.

Lucia isn’t solely focused on helping families find their next home, she is an active member of The Cathedral Basilica of St Augustine, contributes a portion of each transaction to a local not for profit organization, and loves being a part of many other St. Augustine community events.

A passionate foodie, boater and scuba diver, when Lucia isn’t in the office or volunteering, you’ll often find her on her little red tugboat Lulu, traveling, exploring oceans near and far, and enjoying time with her friends and family.
